CHANGE TO CITY OF MODESTO LOBBY HOURS The lobby at 1010 10th Street Place Suite 2100 will be open from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday thru Friday. You may make payments any time to your utility account by using the City of Modesto payment web site at https://www.modestogov.com/webutility or pay by phone by calling 577-5395 and following the voice prompts. You may also make payments at the authorized pay stations listed on the back of your utility bill. |
